Quite Literally, We Become Our Habits!

What is a habit?

“a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.” When you think about your life it’s truly a series of habits. It’s what you continually do day in and day out. For example brushing your teeth is a habit, making a cup of coffee in the morning is a habit. This has become a regular part of your life that you really don’t have to think about or take much effort to get it done because you’ve done it so regularly and now it is a habit.

Why our habits are important?

In my latest video, I break down how we become our habits. Each day you get to vote with your actions for the type of person you want to become. It’s likely that most of us aren’t thinking about the person we’re becoming, but each day we are already deciding by the way we’re choosing to live our lives.


If you’re in a season of your life where you want to achieve a new goal, it’s imperative that you develop new habits and beliefs about your yourself in order to become the type of person that reaches this goal.
